The National Space Science Agency is excited to host a Virtual event highlighting Women in STEM on March 31, 2021 where we will be hearing from keynote speakers and panelists about the importance of Space Science.

Joining us are Sarah Cruddas from the UK, Space Journalist, TV Host and Award Winning Author with a background in Astrophysics, Noora Alsaed from the UAE, Mars Scientist and PhD student at CU Boulder in the United States, Ahlam Al Qasim from the UAE, PhD student in Astrophysics at Mullard Space Science and co-founder of Arab Women in STEM and UAE STEM in the UK, and Marwa Alalawi, an incoming post graduate student of Mechanical Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

It will feature two keynote speeches on How the Technology Revolution is Shaping Our Space Future by Sarah Cruddas and Investigating Space through Virtual Reality by Marwa Alalawi followed by a panel discussion and Q&A section.

Join us on March 31 from 6-8PM via Zoom and let’s share, learn and celebrate the great potentials for women to achieve academic and professional excellence in the space fields.
